The scandal at Baylor took another turn with the reported firing of president Ken Starr on Tuesday. Rick Neuheisel of CBS and SiriusXM joins host Zac Ellis on the SI College Football Podcast to discuss what Baylor needs to do to correct its image and what responsibilities head coaches have to oversee off-field issues at their programs.

The former head coach of UCLA, Washington and Colorado also discusses the state of the Pac-12, including whether Washington can live up to its preseason hype and if any Pac-12 South team can emerge to challenge for a conference title and a College Football Playoff berth. Neuheisel also talks about whether he'd like to return to coaching someday.
