Four-star defensive end Corey Malone-Hatcher has committed to Michigan
Malone-Hatcher picked the Wolverines out of his final four, which included Alabama, Wisconsin and Notre Dame.
He is ranked as the No. 24 defensive end in the 2017 class and the top player at his position from the state of Michigan, according to Scout.com.
“You look at the facts and it is one of the top public universities in the world,” Malone-Hatcher said about Michigan. “You can’t turn down an opportunity to play for a coach like coach (Jim) Harbaugh.
“I feel like with the guys we are going to pick up in the near future and the guys we already have committed, we will make a lot of waves in the recruiting world.”
Malone-Hatcher plays for St. Joseph High School in Michigan, which finished 10–2 last season.
