With SEC Media Days kicking off on Monday, the preseason is officially here. And as SEC coaches, players and media members descend on Hoover, Ala., there are plenty of storylines around the conference.

Bleacher Report's lead SEC writer Barrett Sallee joins host Zac Ellis on the SI College Football Podcast to break down the state of the SEC heading into the 2016 season. Is there any reason to doubt Alabama in the SEC West? How solid of a favorite is Tennessee in the SEC East? And which coach is on the hottest season? Zac and Barrett discuss these topics and more, including why 2016 could be the Year of the Commodore both on the field and on ABC's "The Bachelorette."
