How to watch Kansas State vs. Stanford.

Stanford opens up the season as the No. 8 team in the country, and faces a bit of a challenge in the first week of the college football season in Kansas State.

Led by Heisman runner-up Christian McCaffery, the Cardinal will bring back a formidable ground game, but there is a new man in charge of the aerial attack. Redshirt junior Ryan Burns won the school’s starting quarterback job in camp. The team will be looking to follow up a successful 2015 campaign that ended with a blowout victory over Iowa in the Rose Bowl.

The Wildcats of Kansas State come in off a 6–7 season and will bring back Jesse Ertz under center, who missed the entire 2015 season after tearing his ACL on the team’s first snap. The defense was generous to opposing offenses last year, so McCaffery could get off to a fast start.
