The Oregon Ducks head to Memorial Stadium in Lincoln, Neb., to take on the Nebraska Cornhuskers on Saturday afternoon.

The Ducks are 2–0 on the season after dominant victories over U.C. Davis and Virginia. Running back Royce Freeman is averaging 9.2 yards per carry after he ran for 207 yards with two touchdowns against the Cavaliers. Quarterback Dakota Prukop threw for 331 yards and three touchdowns against Virginia.

Nebraska head coach Mike Riley is familiar with Oregon from his days at Oregon State. The Huskers pulled away from Wyoming thanks to six turnovers to rout the Cowboys 52–17. Quarterback Tommy Armstrong passed for 377 yards and three touchdowns.

This is the first meeting between the two teams in 30 years.
