Former Washington defensive line coach and defensive run-game coordinator Tosh Lupoi appears to have joined the Alabama coaching staff. Lupoi tweeted a photograph of an Alabama player with the hashtag, #RollTide. The city on Lupoi's Twitter profile now reads "T Town, AL."

Last Sunday, CBSSports.com's Jeremy Fowler reported that Lupoi was expected to be named to Alabama's staff. It remains unclear what Lupoi's official title will be, but Fowler reported that Lupoi is likely to join the Crimson Tide's personnel department.

Lupoi was reportedly ready to follow Steve Sarkisian from Washington to USC earlier this offseason before a Los Angeles Times story linked Lupoi to a $4,500 payment for a recruit's tutoring. Lupoi was later cleared of wrongdoing after a six-week NCAA investigation.
