College football Week 14 odds: Championship Saturday overview
Three key conference championship games in Week 14 will determine who makes the cut for the four-team College Football Playoff field and thus remains in the running for the national title.
The two undefeated teams left in the rankings also face must-win situations and may not get in with losses on Saturday.
Leading the way are the top-ranked Clemson Tigers (12–0), who will meet the eighth-ranked North Carolina Tar Heels (11–1) in the ACC championship game at Bank of America Stadium in Charlotte. The Tigers are consensus 5.5-point favorites against the Tar Heels at sportsbooks monitored by OddsShark.com and have won five of their past six meetings.

The favorite has also covered each of the previous four games between the teams, although Clemson has gone 0–4 against the spread in its last four overall and North Carolina has won eight straight versus conference opponents according to the OddsShark College Football Database.
The Big Ten championship game at Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis will pit the fourth-ranked Iowa Hawkeyes (12–0) against the fifth-ranked Michigan State Spartans (11–1), who are 3.5-point favorites.
Iowa won the Big Ten West Division and is 9–3 ATS in its past 12 meetings with Michigan State. But the Spartans have won 24 of their last 26 conference games, with their lone loss this season coming on the road to the Nebraska Cornhuskers 39–38 as four-point chalk on Nov. 7.

The winner of this matchup is expected to get into the CFP while the defending national champion Ohio State Buckeyes (11–1) have a shot too if Clemson or the Alabama Crimson Tide (11–1) lose.
But Alabama is one of the biggest favorites in Week 14, sitting as 17-point betting chalk against the 18th-ranked Florida Gators (10–2) in the SEC Championship Game at the Georgia Dome in Atlanta.
The second-ranked Tide have rolled to seven consecutive conference wins, also covering the spread in their last four overall since falling 43–37 to the 16th-ranked Ole Miss Rebels (9–3) as nine-point home favorites on Sept. 19.
The Gators are coming off their second loss, a 27–2 defeat to the 10th-ranked Florida State Seminoles (10–2) in their annual intrastate rivalry game, and they are 1–8 ATS in the past nine meetings.
