Alabama adds another commitment: Will Anderson

Defensive end/linebacker Will Anderson, a consensus top 100 player out of Dutchtown High School in Georgia, announced his commitment to Alabama on Monday afternoon.

His finalists were Alabama, Georgia Tech and LSU.

Anderson is 6-foot-3, 233 pounds, which makes him sort of a 'tweener player on the defensive side. The consensus 4-star player was rated as the No. 5 weak-side defensive end and the No. 87 overall player in the country, per the 247Sports composite rankings.

Alabama is making a major push back into the state of Georgia, where Williams was rated the No. 10-overall prospect. The Crimson Tide has also added No. 11 Brian Branch (safety), No. 18 Javon Baker (wide receiver), No. 23 Javier Morton (safety) and No. 61 Seth McLaughlin (tackle) for the signing Class of 2020.
