SEC Football Power Rankings: Week 1

Joey Blackwell

The first week of SEC football is in the books, and while most of the matchups went as expected a couple of teams managed to have rough start against easy opponents.

For preseason favorites like Alabama, Georgia and LSU, it was business as usual. Texas A&M also impressed in its game against Texas State.

For Tennessee, Missouri, South Carolina and Ole Miss, disappointing losses caused a drop in their stock this week.

Florida had a bye this week, so it remains steady in the fifth spot.
