Even with the news of Wynston Tabbs's injury there is some reasons to get excited about the future of the Boston College basketball program. For the first time in years BC is in the running with some elite recruit and could very well end up with more than one of these recruits.

Terrence Clarke

Currently the Brewster Hoops star is classified as a Class of 2021, he tweeted though that he might consider moving up to 2020. According to 247, he is a five star and the number three recruit in the entire country. Yes, you heard that right, three. While most projections have him going to Kentucky, I've heard some rumblings that Boston College isn't that far off. He had BC in his final six, and he has only taken two visits, to Kentucky and Boston College. He will be announcing his commitment this weekend.

DeMarr Langford

Another Brewster star, Langford is a 4* (#86 Nationally), who just released his Top 3 which included Boston College along with Texas Tech and NC State. Obviously BC has to be an intriguing option for the 2020 star, because his older brother Makai Ashton Langford transferred to BC from Providence this summer. 247 has their predictions at 100% for BC for the younger Langford.

Carter Whitt

A 2021 guard from North Carolina, Whitt is a 4* recruit (#52 nationally, #1 in North Carolina), according to Rivals will be visiting Boston College this weekend

Whitt has a laundry list of offers, but the only school listed as warm on his Rivals page is Boston College. That has to be a positive sign for the Eagles moving forward. Hopefully is visit goes well this weekend.
