Top 5 NFL Players from Kansas State in history

Kelly Thompson

Kansas State has produced a significant number of quality NFL players over the last almost 90 years.

And, while none of them have gone on to the Hall of Fame (yet) - it would be hard to argue that they have not been valuable NFL assets.

Not to be rude, but not putting Steve Grogan on the list over Terrence Newman is ridiculous. Newman was a fine NFL player....Grogan was a starting quarterback for 15 years.

Grogan only started at least 10 games 6 times during his career, and never made a pro bowl. T-New started at least 10 games 14 times and made 2 pro bowls.

Agreed. I'm out on Grogan. I might have put Spani or Lilja on the list. What Lilja did after being an UDFA was incredible.
