Omaha and Illinois-Chicago take losses at the Hands of Coach Mitties Wildcat team.

The Lady Wildcats, who had a great year last year that ended in the first round of the NCAA tournament are poised to have a tourney appearance this year as well. They are already off to a nice start winning their first 2 games by a combined 69 points.

Christina Carr has been the leading scorer in both games with 15 against Omaha and 20 tonight against UIC. They have struggled as a team at the free throw line, having already missed 15 free throws.
