Give Him an Offer: Lovette Epelle, DL, Free State HS (KS)

Firebird lineman Lovette Epelle (2020) has been vocal about his desire to play P5 football in Manhattan - and Coach Chris Klieman should give him an offer.

Kansas State's 2020 recruiting class started off hot and was skyrocketing up national rankings' lists. 

Now, a month or so after the initial surge, its dormant and has dropped below in state rival Kansas', and down to 43rd nationally. 

Coach Chris Klieman must start pursuing the players who are left and especially, the players who want to come to Kansas State.

Enter Free State HS (Lawrence) senior defensive tackle Lovette Epelle.

Lovette has been adamant that he wants to play for Klieman. He's just waiting on an offer now. 

At 6'1", 250lb, I think that height is the holdup here. Klieman would like his defensive ends to be taller and faster; and his defensive tackles to have a little more frame to grow in to. 

But the film doesn't lie. And Coach Klieman needs to heed that advice.
