Defense looks to limit Wake Forest

Quarterback Jamie Newman leads a Wake Forest offense that averages 515 yards of offense a game. Newman has completed 69.6 percent of his throws for 1,521 yards and 14 touchdowns.

The Cardinals' secondary will be tested after allowing 304 passing yards against Boston College Oct. 5.

"They [Wake Forest] are one of the best passing teams out there in the country and a lot of it is tightening up coverage," Louisville coach Scott Satterfield said. "If you play off of these guys, they're going to make you pay. They'll just throw underneath all day long."
