Ohio State is now the only undefeated remaining in the Big Ten after Minnesota's loss. Michigan is now 8-2 after blowing out Sparty and a few other teams picked up nice wins as well. All but three Big Ten teams played over the weekend but most things played out how you'd expect. Here's a look at the Big Ten's winners and losers from week 11.

Winners

Iowa

Iowa was favored in the game against Minnesota at home but beating a confident and undefeated Gopher team 23-19 is still impressive. The Hawkeyes are now 7-3 and playing pretty good football. They tipped over the first domino in what should make for an intriguing finish in the Big Ten West.

Michigan

The Wolverines were expected to beat Michigan State but a 34-point beatdown was an exclamation point in the series and seems to have seriously, and perhaps permanently, shifted things back toward U-M. Shea Patterson had his best day as a Wolverine and has U-M's offense humming.

Northwestern

There haven't been many bright spots this year for Northwestern so a 45-6 win over UMass had to feel pretty good. UMass is bad, and obviously it's a meaningless win, but getting up to beat anybody while sitting at 1-8 is worth a tiny bit of praise.

Losers

Michigan State

It's hard not to put Michigan State in the loser category after getting blown out by Michigan by 34 points. The Spartans are in a rough spot and are lucky to have two of the worst teams in the Big Ten left on its schedule. Beat Maryland and Rutgers and Sparty is bowl eligible, but that's it. Finishing 6-6 with a massive loss to Michigan in what might be Mark Dantonio's final season is nothing to be proud of.
