Ally Crawford took a break from crying to talk about the departure of Shannon!

So, it’s official. This is the day all MSU Basketball fans have been regretting for months now. The best dunker in college basketball is gone. That’s right, Shannon Brown is no longer only testing the draft waters, he’s decided to jump in head first. Don’t get me wrong, I hope he does well in the NBA and I will be watching his games when I can, but Brown leaving has definitely put a damper on this coming season of MSU Basketball. One of the things I’m going to miss most about Brown not playing in the Breslin Center anymore is his dunks. When the other team has a run of 6 or 7 points on us and the team needs a little pick-me-up, you could always count on Brown to throw one down. Not only did the team get pumped up, it got the crowd going even louder. Man, am I going to miss those. It’s okay though, Marquise Gray has some sweet dunks too. With Brown gone, that means there are some big shoes to fill on the MSU team. Let’s go Raymar Morgan, it’s your time to shine.Â
