Michigan State students and fans are invited to the Breslin Center Saturday morning, Feb. 19, to watch a live broadcast of ESPN College GameDay. Host Rece Davis and analysts Jay Bilas, Hubert Davis and Digger Phelps are making their second trip to East Lansing in the showâ€™s history. In the morning, the set will be located at center court of the Breslin Center . Gates A & B will open to the general public at 8 a.m. and admission is free. The Izzone may enter through the Breslin ticket office beginning at 7:45 a.m. During the 9 a.m. hour there will be live hits during ESPN SportsCenter. From 10-11 a.m., College GameDay will air on ESPNU, followed by a second live hour from 11 a.m.-12 p.m. on ESPN.
The first 1200 students will receive a free t-shirt courtesy of MSU Residential and Hospitality services, who will also provide coffee and donuts for MSU students. MSU Residential and Hospitality Services will also be holding a student raffle. Students must scan their ID inside Gate A to enter the raffle.
In the evening, GameDay will air live from the concourse level of the Breslin Center from 8-9 p.m., prior to tip-off of the Michigan State-Illinois game.
This is the second time Michigan State has been the host for College GameDay, the most among any Big Ten school. The first occasion came in February 2007 when Michigan State hosted Indiana .
