Mark Dantonio and the #5 Michigan State Spartansare looking at what could be his biggest 24 hours in recruiting starting earlier this evening and heading into tomorrow night. Earlier tonight he landed a bruising Ohio running back from Euclid who reminds plenty of people of another Ohio runner who came to MSU under the radar and turned that into millions of dollars as one of the NFL’s best in LeVeon Bell.

Wright made his announcement earlier this evening via his Twitter saying, “Happy to announce that I’m committed to Michigan State University!!”

Like Bell, Wright runs fearless and fits the legacy of big monster running backs that Dantonio covets. Also like Bell, he has the surprising athleticism that creates expectant defenders. With Bell and Wright, you don’t know if they plan to run over you, around you, stiff arm you or run over you.

Wright had multiple offers but was a top-tier choice for former Dantonio assistant Pat Narduzzi and Pittsburgh Panther head coach who loved the youngster. This gives Dantonio that solid running back in a class of #13 that is expected to grow to fifteen before you go to sleep on Friday night.

There is going to be significantly more recruiting commitments coming in the next 24 hours so keep it tuned to Spartan Nation for the latest.
