The Michigan State Spartans played a football game in the sloppy conditions that are late October in Michigan today. Their performance matched the weather as the atrocious Spartan offense got pummeled by the #6 Penn State Nittany Lions.

How bad is the MSU offense? When they scored with an Anthony Williams TD on the third quarter, according to Spartan Nation writer Jeff Dullack it was, “Michigan State's first points in 130 minutes and 26 seconds of game time.”

Yes friends, it was that ugly. The Spartan offense could do nothing as they suffered their fourth loss, against the fourth top 25 team that they have played.

Once again the Spartan problems are clear. MSU doesn’t have a talent issue, this is on coaching. IN 13 of the Dantonio regime these are the players they wanted. If players haven’t developed it is on the coaches.
