Mark Dantonio Lands 7th 19 Commit

Mark Dantonio and the #5 Michigan State Spartans were in desperate need of two long and athletic DE’s in the 2019 class. That is why early on their two plan A recruits were Adam Berghorst and Michael Fletcher. Both of them sit at the very top of the Spartans recruiting board.

Earlier today Berghorst gave Dantonio and early commitment when he pledged to the Spartans. He said, “Blessed and proud to say I have committed to Michigan State University to play both football and baseball!”

Berghorst, as mentioned, is the seventh player to commit to Dantonio for the 2019 class and the second who will play both football and baseball. The Spartans are entering a key recruiting time as summer approaches and are on the verge of what could be the best class in the Dantonio era.
