There were fumbles galore in the Grand Rapids Rampage 's 48-24 loss Saturday night to the New York Dragons. Nine of them to be exact - five by the Rampage and four by the Dragons.
The last time Nick Browder started a game involving the Rampage was his lone start with Grand Rapids last January 30 when he fumbled five times in the Rampage's 50-30 loss to the Arizona Rattlers. Though Browder fumbled once for his new team, it was Rampage quarterback Chad Salisbury that fell prey to five fumbles. Salisbury also tossed three interceptions, including two picks that bounced off the nets.
