Rampage Add Former MSU QB Dowdell

Former Spartan Van Dyke to start vs. Dallas this Saturday

The Grand Rapids Rampage of the Arena Football League has signed former Michigan State quarterback Damon Dowdell to the team's practice squad. This move was made after starting QB Chad Salisbury missed last week's 73-48 loss to the Colorado Crush due to a strained right oblique muscle in his torso. If Salisbury cannot go this week, Dowdell will be signed to the active roster and will serve as the team's backup QB for its game this Saturday, April 15 at Dallas.
