It didn’t take long for Rasheed Wallace to pull out his bag of guarantee tricks. Wallace has long been known as the mouth of the Pistons and at Sunday’s practice he demonstrated the art: "I know we're going to win it, we're going to bust their ***. Tomorrow night is the last game here in this building for this year."
After game three in Cleveland I was on the court with LeBron who was obviously enjoying the moment. What was unique however was the way the Pistons reacted to his impromptu hip-hop dance with less than 1 minute left in the game. I asked LeBron if his dance was going to far, considering how the Pistons “blew them out†in the first two. He looked at me and answered as if I asked him how they would win game 4. Later in the locker room, I again asked him about his dancing and he just laughed it off.
He didn’t say this but I took from his comments in jest to me, to mean: hey dude, give me a break, no one will beat them so let me have some fun.
The Piston’s will have game 4 tonight and Hondo’s Highlights will be there for the beat down that is coming. Tune in to Hondo’s House and Hondo’s Highlights tonight for all your inside Pistons coverage. On Saturday we were once again, yet the only local TV station there.Â
