Mississippi State Football Adds More Bulldogs to the Team on National Signing Day

Mississippi State football gained some new faces on National Signing Day.

Mississippi State football welcomes thirty five signees to the Bulldog family today. National Singing Day was a success and State is in for a treat for the 2023 season.

Despite the tragedy Mississippi State Football has had with Leach's passing. Zach Arnett has stepped up and finished Leach's job with the recruiting class and managed to solidify the top 25 signing class in the nation. 

Mississippi State has the 10th best signee class in the SEC which consist of many players on the rise. Many are excited to see these future players play, two of which are four-star prospects who signed early with State. Creed Whittemore and Chris Parson are the two potentially to watch play in their freshmen year.

In addition to the four-star prospects, the signed class has fifteen players originally from Mississippi that were brought in during the early signing period. Ten from the Highschool ranks, three from junior colleges and two additional transfers. Many great talent lies within the state which the Bulldogs take great pride in. The new class is in for a great year and years to come. It will be amazing to see what Arnett will do with his team, there is no doubt that he has great incoming potential. The off-season is going to be a preview of not only the new team but of coach Arnett as well. 

The signee class is ready for the season as well as many Bulldog fans. The first game of the 2023 season is September 2 in Starkville against Southeastern Louisiana.
