With a 5-4 win Sunday over Indiana, Nebraska softball wrapped up its best regular season since 2014.

The Huskers went 37-14 overall and finished second in the Big Ten Conference with a 17-5 league record.

NU will begin postseason play Thursday in the Big Ten tournament at Michigan State in East Lansing. As a top-4 seed, the Huskers earned a bye into the quarterfinal round. They'll play Thursday at 10 a.m. CT against the winner of 7-seed Penn State and 10-seed Indiana.

With a win, NU would play Friday at 1 p.m. in the semifinals. The championship is set for Saturday at noon.
