Less than two months after the finish of the delayed 2020 season, the 2021 schedule for Nebraska volleyball is here.

The Huskers open with a pair of home tournaments, hosting Tulsa, Colgate, and Kansas State August 27-28 before welcoming Omaha, Georgia, and Arizona State September 3-4.

The first road trip is to Creighton September 8, with a trip to Stanford the next week on September 22.

Other non-conference games include hosting Utah (September 11) and Louisville (September 18). The Cardinals are coached by former Husker player and assistant coach Dani Busboom Kelly.

The Big Ten Conference season begins with a road trip to Northwestern September 22 before three straight home matches against Iowa, Michigan, and Michigan State.

The Huskers have home-and-homes in the conference with Iowa, Penn State, Rutgers, Indiana, Illinois, Purdue and Wisconsin.

A release says that Nebraska “is planning for 100 percent capacity for all home fall sporting events” and that volleyball season ticket holders can expect online renewals to be available in the next two weeks.
