Hotdogs With Hilinski (Part 1 of 3): Meet Northwestern Quarterback Ryan Hilinski

From leaving the SEC for the Big Ten to trying a hotdog for the first time to dream NIL sponsorships, we covered it all in this exclusive interview.

After spending his first two years playing for South Carolina, Northwestern transfer quarterback Ryan Hilinski is officially a Wildcat. Hilinski sat down with Sports Illustrated's Lauren Withrow to talk about his transition to Chicago's Big Ten Team—all while eating his very first hotdog.

Hilinski talks about it all: the biggest difference between Northwestern and South Carolina, earning the trust of his new teammates, Hilinski's Hope, what he'd do if he didn't play football, NIL goals, and the moment he felt like he was truly a Wildcat.
