Oregon Men's Basketball Announces Challenging Non-Conference Schedule
The Oregon Ducks men's basketball team has been in the news recently after securing commitments from two of the highest-rated prospects to ever commit to Oregon, N'Faly Dante and Addison Patterson.
Now, Dana Altman and his team have announced their non-conference schedule for the 2019 season, which will feature games against eight teams who made the post season last year — four of which made the NCAA Tournament.

At first glance, the biggest games on the docket come on November 12 against Memphis, which will be played at the Moda Center in Portland as part of the PK Invitational. The Ducks will also play host to Houston a few days later before traveling to the Bahamas for a tournament where they will take on Seton Hall and Gonzaga.
A trip to Ann Arbour Michigan in early December will serve as a big road-test for the young team that returns three starters from last year, but the abundance of meaningful games early on in the season is sure to help Oregon acclimate to big-time moments from the jump. If Oregon can stay relatively unscathed through this early stretch, there is no doubt that they will be looked at as one of the premiere teams in the nation heading into the new calendar year.
