No. 12 Penn State (3-0) and Maryland (2-1) will open conference play this Friday at 8 p.m. at Capital One Field at Maryland Stadium.

Both teams are coming off of a bye. Two weeks ago, the Nittany Lions beat Pitt 17-10 at home while the Terps fell 20-17 to Temple on the road.

Maryland has scored just six points against Penn State's defense over the last two matchups, but is 2-1 this year with a win over then-No. 21 Syracuse.
