Four-Star Pitt Target Records Second-Fastest Top Speed Of 2023 Class

In this story:
PITTSBURGH -- It's not like the Pitt Panthers needed any more reasons to wish for a commitment from 2023 four-star receiver Hykeem Williams, but some data from the 2021 season might make him an even more appealing prospect.
Williams, who visited Pitt last week, was clocked with a maximum speed of 22.24 miles per hour, second in the country according to Billy Tucker, the director of the Under Armour All-American Game and ESPN's college football recruiting department. That puts him in the same territory as NFL speedsters Tyreek Hill, Jonathan Taylor and DK Metcalf.

Willaims, a top-10 player in Florida and top-50 player in the country, holds a whopping 35 offers, but has narrowed his choices to a top six of Pitt, Georgia, Texas A&M, Miami, Florida State and Alabama.
