WATCH: Troy Taylor talks about first recruiting class on National Signing Day

Stanford's recruiting class ranks as the No. 59 class in the country

National Signing Day has come and went, and Stanford was a team that didn't make the most noise, but had a decent day.

The Cardinal were working behind the eight ball in a sense, considering Troy Taylor took the job so late into the recruiting process. Stanford added a couple of scholarship commits and a handful of PWO's, but the main story of the day was the two offensive line transfers that they landed in Harvard's Alec Bank and Penn's Trevor Mayberry. The recruiting class ended as the No. 59 class in the country according to 247Sports.

Now the Cardinal were on the wrong end of a couple flips in LJ Martin (BYU) and Cameron Brandt (Michigan), but for the most part kept the class intact. Taylor chatted with the media at the conclusion of National Signing Day to talk about the recruits, transfers, and even looked ahead to next season.
