Plug and play guy, who has yet to scratch the surface of his potential. Has untapped strength and athleticism and will be hard to keep off the field simply because of his athleticism. Can be an early swing man in Tennessee’s offensive line rotation but should settle in at right tackle as he continues to develop.

Tennessee will look to replace multiple bodies up front, while having players adapt a new system under Josh Heupel. William Parker is an athletic lineman, who thrives in space. Parker should have a chance to crack the rotation depending on how Josh Heupel and Glen Elarbee shuffle the remaining pieces up front for Tennessee.
