Coming off of its first SEC win of the season, Tennessee will be facing its greatest challenge yet as it prepares to take on top-ranked Alabama at Bryant-Denny Stadium on Saturday.

Continuing the tradition that is the "Third Saturday in October," the Vols are looking to claim their first victory in the series since 2006, a 16-13 win over the Crimson Tide in Knoxville.

Nick Saban and the top-ranked Crimson Tide will be debuting their new light show at home this week, but its not just the lights they're hoping to dazzle their home crowd with.

Nearly a 35-point favorite at home against an undermanned Tennessee team that has struggled to find its way at times, Alabama's high-powered offense, which produced 51 points per game, will likely have its way.

With junior quarterback Tua Tagavailoa under center, the Crimson Tide produce 366 yards through the air on average and boast four receivers on the roster with 1,000-plus career receiving yards.

Their ground attack is no slouch either, producing 171 yards on the ground with a total offensive output of 537 yards per game.

Tennessee on the other hand, produces just 354 yards on average and ranks 102nd in the nation in scoring, mustering up just 23 points each outing. With Alabama ranked 14th in scoring defense and 36th in total defense, putting up points certainly won't come easy.

Saturday marks the 102nd all-time meeting with the Crimson Tide holding a 56-38-7 edge in the series, including 12 consecutive wins since 2006.
