UNC-UNCW isn't on TV. Here's How to Watch.

It's true: North Carolina's trip to UNC Wilmington won't be available via traditional television on Friday night, which is certainly a rarity in 2019.

Instead, the matchup will serve as the centerpiece of a new media deal between the Colonial Athletic Association and FloSports, an over-the-top subscription streaming services.

Play-by-play man Kevin Fitzgerald, a regular in the ESPN college hoops rotation, will have the call alongside analyst Paul Biancardi, who also serves as ESPN's national recruiting director. Katerina Biancardi will serve as the sideline reporter.

The CAA became the first college conference to sign an exclusive deal with FloSports in May when it reached a four-year, seven-figure agreement for all 22 of the league's sports.

What does that mean for fans?

A subscription is required to watch Friday night's game, and unless you plan to catch other CAA hoops action throughout the season, the best bet is probably the $12.50/month plan that can be cancelled immediately.

A year-long subscription for $95.88 provides access to all of Flo's content, which includes EuroLeague basketball and several other international leagues in addition to a few Big Ten matchups.

In all, FloSports will air at least 140 CAA men's and women's basketball games in the 2019-20 season.

No. 

Like most OTT services, FloSports is available via its app on Amazon Fire, Roku, Apple TV, iOS and Android devices. 

Rather just go to the game?

With the Carolina football team on its open week, it's an ideal weekend to head down to Wilmington and spend a couple of days at Wrightsville Beach, but good luck getting into Trask Coliseum.
