It;s time for week two ofour predictions, but before we dive into what we expect against Ole Miss, let'slook at how we fared last week.

1: Vaughn Goes Off: We predicted 150 rushing and 30 receiving. He fell short rushing with 138 and receiving with just 8 yards, but had a solid impact none the less.

2) Neal Inconsistant: Prediction, 250 yards, two touchdowns and two interceptions. He fell short of the yards, managing only 189 with no touchdowns, but no interceptions.

3) Final Score: Our prediction was 35-24 Vandy. We got the win, but were high on both sides as the final was 24-18.

OLE MISS

1) Plumlee Over The Century Mark: Last week Ole Miss freshman quarterback John Rhys Plumlee eclipsed the century mark against Alabama and we think he will be able to do the same this week against the Commodores defense.

Prediction: Plumlee escapes pressure, and uses designed runs to do it again, this time to the tune of 145 yards and a touchdown.

2) Pinkney Returns: Jard Pinkney has struggled this season against good defenses and game plans with double teams. He returns this week and helps the Vanderbilt offense score points agsint the Rebels.

Prediction: Pinkney produces his highest yardage game of the season, taking it downfield for 90 yards and gets into the end zone once.

3) Final Score: It will be a battle, as most of the games between these two squads are, and Ole Miss will count on emotion as they wear throwback uniforms from 30 years ago in a tribute to the late Chucky Mullins, who passed away after injuries sustained against Vanderbilt.

Both offenses make plays, but defense and missed opportunities are the difference today.

Score Prediction: Ole Miss 31 Vanderbily 28: Ole Miss is a 7.5 point favorite enterning tonight and while it will be close, the Commodores have not been good enough down the stretch this season to earn my confidence theywill win this one on the road.
