NCAA announces Memphis infractions case will be the first to enter the MCAA’s Independent Accountability Resolution Process (IARP). It is comprised of "independent investigators, advocates and adjudicators" who are in charge of reviewing infractions cases in Division I. The case is likely connected to the basketball program’s recruitment of former Tiger, James Wiseman. The panel will ultimately determine the outcome of the schools infractions.
