The Washington Huskies hit the practice field early today in preparation for this Saturday’s battle in the desert against The University of Arizona Wildcats. The Wildcats have one of the most prolific offensive attacks in the Pac 12 right now, putting up over 500 total yards per game (539). Giving up nearly that many yards last weekend to a far less potent Stanford offense, the Husky Defense will definitely have their work cut out for them.

Defensive coordinator Jimmy Lake hopes to put to bed many of the concerns that popped up last week during the Husky loss to Stanford. Poor tackling, and missed assignments are a few things Coach Lake talked about today during his  post practice interview. Watch the interview here:
