WVU Basketball to Host Penn State in Exhibition

The West Virginia Mountaineer Basketball team will host Penn State in a charity exhibition game on November 3rd. The proceeds will go to the America Red Cross' Hurricane relief efforts. No time has been set for the game. They are waiting for the WVU/Texas football game time to be announced.

These two programs haven't met since the 90-91 season in which Penn State won in Morgantown 66-63. The Mountaineers lead the all-time series 49-36. Although it's an exhibition, its good to see these two meet on the hardwood again and it's for a good cause. Maybe this will be a beginning to getting these two rivals on the schedule annually.
