Why Alec Sinkfield will surprise most

Alec Sinkfield is a name you might not recognize or think about when you think of next years season. Sinkfield is a 3 star running back who was signed with this years freshman class. Sinkfield Finished with 2,231 career rushing yards, averaging 8.6 yards per carry and 26 touchdowns. He also had 1,046 career yards receiving and five touchdowns in his high school career.

Sinkfield was Selected to play in the Florida-Georgia All-Star Game, two-time all-state selection, including 2015 Florida Associated Press 3A All-State Second Team Defense.

Sinkfield may not be the highest recruited out of high school but he shows great potential to be a break out star for the Mountaineers.
