OFFICIAL: Bruce Irvin Done for Season with ACL Injury
Former Mountaineer sack artist Bruce Irvin is back with the team that drafted him back in 2012 (Seattle Seahawks), but will have to wait a while longer before he can become a consistent force on the Seahawk defense.
In Sunday night's game vs the Patriots, Irvin left the game with a knee injury. Monday evening, Ian Rapoport of the NFL Network reported that Irvin had torn his ACL and will miss the remainder of the 2020 season.
In his first two games back with Seattle, he tallied five tackles, one tackle for loss, and three QB hits.
