From the folks at Above Average, we have behind-the-scenes footage of the lead anchor auditions for the fictional sports network show SportsZone. Among the candidates is SNL's Jay Pharoah, who gives a very detailed basketball play by play.
The best candidate for my money, though, is a female candidate with a Freudian slip problem.
