Watch a British Surfer Ride an 80-Foot Wave in Portugal
Andrew Cotton of the U.K. took on an 80 ft. wave off the coast of Portugal over the weekend, in an attempt to win the Billabong XXL Ride of the Year award, worth $50,000. It is only February, but it would be hard to find a wave bigger than Cotton's to ride, unless of course, you make it to Bells Beach:
