Great Day for Uniforms
I know it's early, but I have a tough time believing that there will be a better day for uniforms this year than March 10. The Fresno Grizzlies, the AAA-affiliate of the San Francisco Giants, announced they will wear this amazing Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles jersey this season. Not to be outdone, the Los Angeles KISS of the Arena Football League unveiled this flame-heavy look for next season.
Horrible Week for Promotions
The Florida Panthers gave Tim Thomas bobbleheads to the first 7,500 fans who arrived at the BB&T Center last night. Unfortunately for those 7,500 fans, Thomas was traded to Dallas last week. In a related story, the Lance Moore Charity Celebrity Fan Cruise is set to take off from New Orleans this week, even though two of the four promoted celebrities scheduled to appear (Roman Harper, Darren Sharper) are no longer with the team and the other two (Lance Moore, Kenny Stills) are close to being cut.

Best Class Ever
St. Joseph's is offering an online course called Fundamentals of Bracketology. Taught by ESPN's Joe Lunardi, the class will examine the "art and science" of predicting which teams will make the NCAA men's basketball tournament.
Brady Quinn Gets Married
When I last checked in on Brady Quinn's lovelife, he was dating the sister of Packers linebacker A.J. Hawk. Turns out I was completely wrong on that. Hawk was dating (and is now married to) Quinn's sister, not the other way around. And now that we have that cleared up, I can get to the point: Brady Quinn got married over the weekend to Olympic gymnast Alicia Sacramone.

Antonio Cromartie and his Kids
Antonio Cromartie was released by the Jets over the weekend. It was a successful four-year tenure that will best be remembered for this 2009 interview from Hard Knocks, in which he tries to name all his children.
Virgin Knows Safety Videos
I took a Virgin Airlines flight last month and thought the safety video was beyond bizarre. But I don't travel very often so I just figured this was where airline safety videos were at these days and I fell asleep. Now I'm wishing I had this flight attendant showing off his moves.
