Watch: Greensboro Baseball Team Turns Rare 9-3-2 Triple Play
A Division III baseball team won't get much press unless they do something crazy on the field, like the Greensboro Pride did this past weekend when they turned a rare 9-3-2 triple play against the Maryville Scots.
As you can see in the video, the first two outs are pretty clear, but the call at home is a close one. I think he looks safe, but I am lacking for better camera angles.
Unfortunately, the triple play wasn't enough to overcome Maryville, as Greensboro lost the game 5-4 in 12 innings.
