Tuesday July 22nd, 2014

A relay team of five men set three world records at the recent USATF Masters Championship meet in North Carolina by becoming the oldest team to finish in the 4x100m, 4x400m and 4x800m races.

Charles Boyle, 91, Charles Ross, 91, Roy Englert, 92, Orville Rogers, 96, and Champion Goldy Sr., 97 blazed down the track in Winston-Salem with Boyle subbing in for Goldy Sr. for the two longer distance races.

This story should be the subject of a a hundred major motion pictures, and if there is not a rapper calling himself Champion Goldy Sr. already, there needs to be one soon.
