Arsenal's Santi Cazorla sprayed in face with new vanishing spray

Monday August 18th, 2014

The Barclays Premier League introduced vanishing spray for all matches this season. If Arsenal midfielder Santi Cazorla didn't know about vanishing spray's Premier League debut, he definitely knows now.

Referee Jon Moss tried to spray to line on the grass for Cazorla's free kick in the 41st minute of Arsenal's 2-1 victory over Crystal Palace, but had difficulty getting the spray to work. He ends up spraying the midfielder in the face.

On the bright side, the ref may have found a new way of subduing Joey Barton next time he decides to act like Joey Barton
