The Rappers Guide to Throwing Out the First Pitch

Rapper Bun B threw out the first pitch at last night's Astros-Indians game, but not before a quick lesson from mascot Orbit. The advice worked out well as Bun threw an accurate, albeit soft, first pitch.Charles Barkley, however, could've used some advice. The TNT analyst threw out the first pitch before Tuesday's Cubs-Reds game and it was (to steal a joke from every sports blog) turrible.

New Mascot Alert

Meet Victor E. Green, the new mascot of the Dallas Stars.

Brandon Marshall vs. ESPN

Bears receiver Brandon Marshall was diagnosed with borderline personality disorder in July 2011 and has become a spokesperson for mental health issues. He even started a foundation called Project Borderline for those dealing with borderline personality disorders. Unfortunately, ESPN pulled a bit of a bait and switch when it ran a profile of him on E60 and focused on past accusations of domestic violence for at least part of the segment.  This led Marshall to go on a Twitter rant about the Worldwide Leader, in which he said he's "beyond disappointed" in the story and that the network "lied to me once again to get my interview."

Lovely Lady of the Day

Tim from Nashville wrote in and said, "You absolutely have to have Michelle Keegan as LLOD." And if Tim from Nashville wants Michelle Keegan as LLOD, that's what he'll get (click here for full-size gallery).

Hot Clicks Giveaway: Guinness World Records 2015 Edition

Meet Nick Stoeberl of Salinas, Calif., who holds the Guinness World Record for World's Longest Tongue (5.75 inches). Speaking of 5.75 inches, that happens to be the height of Alan Edward Labbe's hair. He holds the record for largest male afro. There are thousands more of these stories and you can read them all in the Guinness World Records 2015 edition. I'll send books to the 20th, 40th and 60th person who emails me the name of the Redskins player who busted out a Shawn Michaels pose after a sack on Sunday. It was in yesterday's P.M. Hot Clicks. Please make the subject line "Guinness World Records."

Update: (12:38 p.m.): Contest is closed. Winners will be notified. Another giveaway coming this afternoon.

How to Cheer at a Japanese Baseball Game

Eric Stangel, a longtime writer for David Letterman, is in Japan and attended a Tokyo Yomiuri Giants game. He sent out a tweet with instructions on how to properly cheer for the team. Let's just say fans are a lot nicer in Japan than in the U.S.

Dominique Wilkins :: Walter Iooss Jr./SI

The Atlanta Hawks announced yesterday their plan to unveil a Dominique Wilkins statue in March. Wilkins has always been one of my favorite players. I even named my old parakeet after him (R.I.P. Dominique the Parakeet). So congrats to Wilkins, congrats to the Hawks for this positive news story after a disastrous week and congrats to Atlanta for getting a statue of your biggest basketball star. I'll post some more Wilkins photos throughout the day so follow me on the SI Vault Twitter account.

Runner vs. Tube

A runner in England raced the underground tube from one stop to the next (while wearing a camera) and somehow made it. I would've advised just taking the PATH with me from Jersey City one morning and walking from one stop to the next. He'd probably still beat it. I hate the PATH. (H/T For the Win)

It's Rasheed Wallace's 40th birthday. Here's a supercut of great Rasheed moments.
