Before a third-down play in Sunday's Week 7 win over the New York Giants, Dallas Cowboys quarterback Tony Romo identified New York Giants linebacker Jameel McClain as the "Mike" or middle linebacker, a designation McClain vehemently disagreed with.

Considering the level of trash talk and deception that takes place on both sides of the ball before each NFL snap, chances are McClain was indeed the Mike linebacker on this play.

Romo's performance was largely unaffected by his linebacker recognition ability, as he threw for three touchdowns and 279 yards in the 31-21 win.
