Monday Night Doubleheader

The never-ending snow made life difficult for residents of Buffalo late last week but gave NFL fans a rare Monday Night doubleheader, though the Bills 38-3 trouncing of the Jets wasn't much of a game.Scott Chandler had the second-best touchdown celebration of the weekend when he pretended to shovel snow after his score (T.Y. Hilton had the best), while Bills receiverRobert Woods continued the trend of receivers making ridiculous one-handed catches. Speaking of, Steve Smith somehow snagged this touchdown reception in the Ravens' 34-27 victory over the Saints. Smith also got into a scuffle with safety Kenny Vaccaro. It was a rough night for Saints defensive coordinator Rob Ryan, who threw a minor sideline tantrum and got the evil eye from head coach Sean Payton. On the bright side, the Saints are 4-7 and somehow tied for first in the NFC South.

New Sport Alert: Fightball

Welcome to Fightball - a single-elimination, one-on-one basketball tournament played on a 40-foot long court with an eight-second shot clock. Each game is eight minutes long with two four-minute halves. Best of all: J.R. Smith's brother Chris is prominently involved. Now we just need someone to bring back Slamball.

This was legal at the time as long as they stayed in foul territory. For more classic sports photos, visit the SI Vault on Twitter.
