Lauren Santora has been attending Capitals game since she was two and got a chance to hit the ice with the team on Friday. She and Ovechkin combined for a perfect breakaway with Santora making goalie Braden Holtby look like an amateur with her strong finish.

Santora, who has been hospitalized repeatedly due to complications from type 1 diabetes, will also be watching the Caps play on Saturday and will even get to take a ride on the Zamboni.
